Visionary Behind G-Corporate Estates
Mr. Sharath T. Gowda, born and raised in Bangalore, Karnataka, is an Economics graduate from Santa Clara University, USA and a diploma holder in International Baccalaureate from United World College, Singapore.
Fuelled by his passion for real estate, an industry that his family has been involved with for decades, led him to study the Bangalore real estate market and realize that there was a huge demand - supply gap. With the escalating demand for residential and soaring prices of basic living spaces, he envisioned to fill in this gap by creating a company that not only caters to providing luxury homes at reasonable prices but also judiciously utilizing natural resources by adopting sustainability and renewability as its core concepts. Motivated by this dream, he decided to build on his vision and went on to create G-Corporate Estates.
